Do I have to finish the program in 6 weeks?
Ideally, yes, but it's not at all required, there's no set start date. This is not a race, nor a competition, it’s a journey for you and your soul. 💕 No need to rush through things Key is to understand throughly and let information marinate... all this will blossom on its own time. Do everything in your own pace - quality is more important than quantity.
At the end of the 6 weeks, you'll still be able to access the content and you'll always be part of the community. Rome wasn't build in a day (nor in 6 weeks). You'll get ongoing support for your entire journey. This program is a 6 weeks intensive but it's mainly a bluprint for life, no expire date on it.
I'm not sure I can do this alone, will I get support?
I know exactly how you feel. This was in my mind since day 1. We all know that information alone is useless. For this reason I decided to create a private community in order for you to share your experience and get all the support from like minded women. I will also be present in the group and I will be answering all your questions on monthly live sessions. You can leave messages or jump in the lives and ask me anything LIVE. You're not alone, the community and I will always be there to support you. Together we are stronger.
Can you guarantee it will work for me?
If you decide to join, you can follow the program at your own pace, but it will require you to put in the work to make changes in your life, not just for your body. I can show you the path, but you have to walk it.

Will I get a Nutrition Guide?
Yes, you will. Nutrition is an essential part of your journey. Understanding the types of healthy food that fuel your body is crucial to ignite the change you're looking for. You'll also get amazing recipes for each week for you to follow and start enjoying healthy and tasty new flavours. The Nutrition section has been designed by Mirko Lausi, a professional Chef soon to become a full time nutritionist. Healthy food shouldn't mean rabbit food, that's why we wanted a real chef putting together tasty recipes for you to enjoy and get healtier every day.
Is this for Vegan/Vegetarians only?
Most of the Recipes are Vegan and Vegetarian with the option of Fish and chicken if you are still not ready to give up meat altogether (or just don't want to).
The reason why I gave up meat was for health reasons, I was always sick, and to tell you the truth, since I was a kid I never really liked stakes anyways. So I thought, let’s start with cutting that.
Plus at that time we welcomed in our home Margot and Lupin (our cats) and it made me change perspective toward eating meat.
Although my grandma thinks that chickens are not considered intelligent therefore (you’ll have to read this with an italian accent):
"you can eat it, he don’t think, he don’t know what happens".
But that’s me, remember that I would never try to put my own views on you, that’s just my story.
That’s why we still made this accessible to anyone with any dietary requirements.
Will all the content be available when I sign up?
When you first sign up, only the first two weeks of content will be available for you. The purpose of this program is to let you tackle your journey one step at the time and avoid overwhelm. The 6 modules will become available to you week by week and you'll be able to go through the content as much time as you want.
What kind of workout regime can I expect?
If you've been following me on my youtube channel 'Lazy Dancer Tips' you know that I'm a ballet dancer and helped thousands of people get their lean Ballerina body with Ballet Inspired Fitness. In this program I wanted you to get the same benefits so I designed Ballet Fitness sessions to follow at your own time to help you tone your muscles and keep them lean and long throughout your journey.
I don't need to lose weight, is this for me?
This Program is not to get you on a "diet". (Personally I very much dislike that word in the way it’s used nowadays.) Weightless does NOT only aim to "weigh-loss/Weight management" as isolated problem. You'll be digging deep within yourself to find the cause that triggers the habits that lead to your relationship with food, for then to change it for good.
